Karen Filips

Karen Filips has worked in both store management and the marketing department with Bealls Department Stores, Inc. for more than 23 years. Her front-line store experience has provided her with a real understanding of store and customer points of view. In her current position as Director of Advertising Production, she oversees all marketing and in-store visual graphics production and pre-press. Filips works closely with Bealls in-house advertising design and photo studio teams.  As a partner to the Visual Director, she ensures in-store graphic plans are relevant to the Bealls brand and adaptable to Bealls’ 76 Florida locations.
