Charlie Turner

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Clear Channel Outdoor, Charlie Turner has more than 31 years of outdoor experience. He has worked in all phases of outdoor operations, having entered the industry as an operations employee for Foster & Kleiser in 1979. He also has served for more than 17 years as an operations manager, primarily in Chicago. Charlie was subsequently promoted to Divisional President for the Washington/Baltimore Metroplex market in 2003, where he spent four years. In 2007, he was promoted to his current position and relocated to the Phoenix corporate office.
