Thom Lasley
Thom has been designing Target stores, both traditional new store and unique projects, for the past five years. He is a graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (sci-ARC) where he graduated with distinction. As a Lead Design Project Architect with Target Corporation, Thom is a team leader in charge of exterior and unique store design execution and approvals for over 40 new store projects a year. Thom prepares and coordinates designs for prototype, new stores, feasibility studies, schematic design and design development for Unique Target Store projects. He works closely with internal Design Project Managers, Real Estate, Store Planners, Engineers, and Construction Managers and with local authorities to garner project design approvals.
Recently, Thom has focused on the design of the new 2009 Prototype Store formats working with a large, cross-corporate team focusing on brand correct interior and exteriors. The new Target Store formats, the P2009 and S2009 began full role-out in the fall of 2008.
